Spring 2025 Menstrual Cycle Foundations course

Menstrual Cycle Foundations, Spring 2025

BEgins May 5th

Navigating the ups and downs of your cycle—on top of the ups and downs of life—can be a lot, but with the proper information, tools and community, it has the potential to completely transform, and transform your life.

This course is designed to give you the kind of empowerment that recognizes the cycling body as an essential resource and deep root of wisdom, not a problem to be solved.

  • This 8-week live course gives you the menstrual cycle education you never received—but always needed.

    You'll learn:

    • The biological foundations of your cycle

    • How to track for contraception or conception

    • How to reduce PMS and period pain

    • How to align your movement, nutrition, and creativity with your cycle

    • And how to build an honest, supportive relationship with your own body

But most of all—you’ll reclaim your rhythm as a guide.
You’ll come home to your body, in a way that makes space for clarity, self-trust, and connection.

  • This class is open to anyone currently menstruating, age 18+, regardless of gender identity or birth control status.

You don’t need to have a “perfect” cycle—or even be off birth control—to benefit from this space.

We keep class sizes small (8–10 students) to support a sense of intimacy, connection, and shared learning.

When we support each other to learn and change, we become part of the collective shift that makes space for everyone, menstruators and not, to embrace their unique power, instead of living in stigma, silence, or pain.

This is more than gaining a few facts about hormones or tracking.
This is a shift—toward more self-love, deeper community, and inner leadership.

What Makes This Different

This course isn’t just about information. It’s about transformation—personal and collective — however that looks for you.

Cycle work is unique to each individual, but when menstruators collectively reclaim their cycles as powerful, intelligent, and worthy of reverence—we all benefit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Past Participants Are Saying:

“What I have gained is a thorough understanding of my cycle and all of the ways it impacts my life…. I largely attribute the change in the severity of my chronic pain to what I have learned in this course. Over the last couple months I have had less severe pain and fewer chronic pain days than I've had in a very long time. There are numerous other significant changes, but for me this is the one that stands out the most and is more than I could have ever imagined gaining from an online course.” Alyssa, Session 1

~

“I now look at my cycle as a tool for check-ins, motivation, understanding, and forgiveness.”

~

“Before this class, for years I had taken birth control pills and skipped the placebo week so I never got my period. I also would've taken nearly anything to just get rid of my period entirely and forever. It was a thorn in my side and nothing else. Now, I wouldn't change a thing! I mean there are parts of my cycle that I don't love still but I appreciate so much that I have it and can learn how to track it and get to know myself and my body better than ever.” Audrey, Session 3

~

“Whereas before I would be like "i don't know why i suddenly feel this way", now I'm like "well, I probably just ovulated so my estrogen might be lower and in this part of the cycle people are generally less extroverted". It helps me understand what's going on in my life/body more.”

~

“I was surprised to find out how unaware I actually was about my own body.”

What

Can’t make the Foundations course or want to dive deeper into your menstrual cycle?

Work with me one-on-one to:

  • Clarify your intentions and goals.

  • Are you struggling with PMS symptoms? Do you feel like you’re on a rollercoaster every month of catch up and recovery? Are you coming off hormonal birth control and want to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms with intention? Are you looking to understand your cycle for birth control, family planning or fitness and health optimization? Or learn to tap into your cycle’s natural energy flow to tap into your own creativity and vitality? Whatever your menstrual cycle goals, we will clarify a few key intentions to focus on during our 4 sessions and make a plan to get you moving towards where you want to go.

  • Customized education and tracking tools + coaching

  • Once we have established your intentions for our sessions, I will design a customized education and coaching plan for you to implement over the next few months to help you develop the relationship with yourself and cycle you want.

  • The next right thing

  • At the end of our 4 sessions, I will design a customized set of ways to move forward that will keep you aligned in your cycle work and moving towards your goals.

How

One on one sessions are available in packages of four, 1-hour sessions. Typically, sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks over 2 months, but the schedule can be adapted to your needs. Live sessions (in person or via zoom) include personalized education and coaching on topics relevant to your personal cycle goals. They also include weekly email check ins, reminders and assignments/prompts.

Price is sliding scale 280-360$/package (4 sessions). Any amount given over 340$ will be added to the scholarship fund to make this work more accessible to others. Thank you for your generosity and support.

Why

Your menstrual cycle affects you at every level, every day, whether you are aware of it or not. From your ability to focus to desire to go out and socialize, to the way you experience pain and pleasure, your hunger and craving levels, sexual desire, calories your body is burning, and so much more. These are essential pieces of information you need to understand your body and self and improve your overall health, well-being, and relationship to yourself.

Mindful menstrual cycle education takes it one step further. In our sessions we will go beyond the ways science has shown the cycle to affect menstruators to examine how you can use your menstrual cycle as a tool to understand the underlying causes of your symptoms and how to use the wisdom of your own body and cycle to work to resolve them.

Some part of you already knows that there is something deep in you that is ready to be more aligned, empowered and connected in your life.
